The Power of Oxygen

All require energy. Every second of every day.

This vital energy is created deep within us – inside our cells. The human body is made up of tens of trillions of cells and within each one sit a few thousand microscopic energy generators called mitochondria.

Despite their size, these little power plants should not be underestimated – size for size, one mitochondrion can produce as much energy as a bolt of lightning!

The Power Within Each Cell

Mitochondria produce adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the energy molecule that fuels nearly every biological process in the body. From muscle contraction and mental clarity to immune resilience and cellular repair, ATP is the currency of life.

To generate it efficiently, mitochondria rely on two key ingredients.

Oxygen and
Nutrients (derived from the food we eat)

When oxygen is plentiful, cells produce energy cleanly and efficiently. When it is limited, energy output declines and cellular performance declines.

The Oxygen Gap

Although we breathe constantly, modern living does not always support optimal oxygen delivery at a cellular level. Stress, environmental toxins, inflammation, and lifestyle pressures can subtly reduce how effectively oxygen reaches the tissues.

Over time, this quiet shortfall may contribute to fatigue, slower recovery and reduced vitality.

The body is designed to repair, regenerate and rebalance – when given the right conditions.

Yet, oxygen insufficiency rarely enters the conversation, despite being far more common than many realise. The clinical term hypoxia — describing reduced oxygen at tissue level — remains unfamiliar to most, even though its effects quietly influence how we feel and function.

The Fundamental Cause of all Degenerative Disease is a condition called Hypoxia; Oxygen Deprivation at a Cellular Level

Hypoxia

is a medical term used to describe a condition where bodily tissues are not receiving enough oxygen.

When cells have low levels of oxygen, they can start to break down and die prematurely. That’s hypoxia – it increases the risk of  inflammation, accelerated aging and chronic disease.

IDunn’s products are designed to support cellular health by providing them with oxygen.

Supporting Health at Source

IDunn’s oxygen-rich baths offer a deep restorative way to support cellular oxygen availability. Warm water relaxes the body while bioavailable concentrated oxygen is delivered through the skin, supporting tissue oxygenation at a foundational level.

As oxygen availability improves, mitochondrial energy pathways are supported, the nervous system begins to settle, and the body shifts from depletion towards renewal.

This is not surface wellness.
This is the root of good health.
